AMPP Past Presidents and Chairs Community Scholarship
The AMPP Past Presidents and Chairs Community will award one (1) scholarships in the amount of $2,500 to an undergraduate student interested in the study of corrosion or corrosion control. The scholarship is funded primarily through contributions received from legacy NACE Past Presidents, legacy SSPC past Chairs, and past/current/future Chairs of AMPP and AMPP Global Center, once their term as Chair as concluded.
1. Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must be enrolled full time in an undergraduate program engaged in science or engineering related to the study of corrosion or corrosion control at an accredited college or university.
- Students enrolled in 2-year or junior colleges are eligible to apply.
2. Candidate Evaluation
The following information should be included for review by the Selection Committee:
- Completed Application
- Academic transcript
- Two (2) Recommendation Forms from educators or employers familiar with applicants background
- Résumé/CV
