AMPP Georgia Chapter Craftworker Scholarship
In collaboration with the AMPP EMERG Student Outreach Program, the AMPP Georgia Chapter supports individuals in every facet of the materials protection industry. As such, they have created a scholarship to assist those wanting to advance their career. Applicants pursuing corrosion and/or coatings related training or conferences will be weighted more favorably than other applicants. Scholarships will be used exclusively toward AMPP training courses or conference attendance that will enhance the recipient’s career experience.
The application window for these scholarships will open July 1 and extend through August 31 annually. Scholarships will be awarded in September in the form of a coupon code and recipients will have one year to utilize. Financing for this initiative is provided by the profits accrued from fundraising events organized by the AMPP Georgia Chapter.
The number and amount of scholarships awarded will vary based on number and quality of applications received.
